Savage switch extender

The HPI Savage on/off switch can be hard to reach, especially with the body on. Attach an old servo horn to the switch, as shown, to make it easier to access. You’ll have to cut a rectangular slot in one end of the servo horn and then move the switch so that it’s centered?neither on or off. Position the horn on the switch, and mark the radio-box cover where a machine screw must pass through to hold the horn in place. Use a screw and a locknut to secure the horn. The screw must be snug but should still allow the switch to move freely from left to right. Garvy Jones – East Palm Beach, FL
